Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LuckyDraw Insights ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile application that displays and analyses publicly published lottery draw results. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data. It applies to the mobile app and to this website.

2. Information we do not collect

To be explicit, the app does not collect any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account credentials — the app has no user accounts
• Payment or financial information
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, photos, calendar, or other device content
• Advertising identifiers — the app uses no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs
• Any record of the numbers you generate or the games you look at

The app does not build user profiles and does not sell or share personal information with anyone — because it does not have any. (Advertising on the website is a separate matter, handled by Google and described in section 5.)

3. Information stored on your device

So the app is fast and works offline, it keeps the following in local storage on your device only:

• Cached draw results — dates and winning numbers for past Powerball and Mega Millions draws, kept in a local database so the app does not have to re-download them.
• App preferences — such as which game you last viewed and which time period you selected.
• Tickets you track — if you save a ticket to check it against a draw, the numbers, game, and draw date are kept in local storage on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

This information never leaves your device. It is not backed up to us, and we cannot access it. Deleting the app removes all of it.

4. Network requests

To fetch draw results, the app makes requests to our own backend, hosted on Supabase. These requests contain only the game and the date range being requested. No personal information is included, and the app has no other network connections — no advertising, analytics, or tracking calls.

As with any internet request, our hosting provider will necessarily receive your device's IP address and standard connection metadata in order to respond. This is used only to serve the request and is not linked to any identity, because the app has none.

5. Advertising on this website

This website (luckydrawinsights.com) is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. This applies to the website only — the mobile app contains no ads and no advertising SDKs, as described above.

Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may use information about your visits to this and other websites to show ads based on your interests. Where required, you will be asked for consent before non-essential advertising cookies are set.

• You can control the ads Google shows you, and opt out of personalised advertising, at Google My Ad Center.
• Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's Advertising & Privacy policy.
• You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many providers at aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.

We do not receive or store the personal data these ad cookies collect; that data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. We only receive aggregate, non-identifying reports on ad performance.

6. Children's privacy

Lottery participation is age-restricted, and this app is intended for adults of legal age to play in their jurisdiction. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing for us to delete — but if you have a concern, please contact us.

7. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

Aside from the website advertising described in section 5, we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete. All data the app creates lives on your device and is fully under your control — clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it erases everything. For data collected by advertising cookies on this website, you can exercise your choices through the Google and industry opt-out tools linked in section 5; that data is controlled by Google, not by us.

8. Security

App data is stored in your device's application sandbox and protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and disk encryption. Network requests to the results API are made over HTTPS.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects data handling — for example if optional accounts or cloud sync are added — we will update this policy and revise the date at the top before that change ships. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
