1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LuckyDraw Insights (the "app") or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app is

The app displays historical lottery draw results and computes descriptive statistics from them — frequency counts, recent-appearance rankings ("hot" and "cold"), pair counts, odd/even and sum distributions — along with a random number generator.

3. No predictions, no improved odds

This is the most important term in this document.

• Lottery draws are random and statistically independent. The outcome of any draw has no effect on any future draw.
• Labels such as "hot", "cold", "due", or "smart pick" are descriptions of past data. They carry no predictive power whatsoever.
• Numbers produced by the generator are not more likely to win than any other combination, however they are weighted.
• We make no representation that using this app will result in any winnings.

4. Accuracy of data

Draw results are obtained from a third-party data provider. While we aim to display them accurately, we cannot guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free.

Always verify numbers against the official source. Only the official lottery operator's published results determine whether a ticket wins. Never rely on this app to check a ticket, and never discard a ticket based on what it shows.

5. Not affiliated with any lottery

LuckyDraw Insights is an independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Multi-State Lottery Association, the Mega Millions Consortium, any state or national lottery, or any lottery operator. Game names such as "Powerball" and "Mega Millions" are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games described.

The app does not sell lottery tickets, does not accept wagers, and does not enable gambling of any kind.

6. Eligibility and responsible play

You must be of legal age to participate in lottery games in your jurisdiction to use this app. Gambling carries real financial risk and can be addictive.

Play only with money you can comfortably afford to lose. If gambling is causing you or someone you know difficulty, free confidential help is available 24/7 in the United States at 1-800-GAMBLER, or via the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the app or its data sources
• Redistribute or resell the app or its data as your own product
• Use the app to present predictions or guarantees to others

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying lottery draw results are factual information and are not claimed as our property.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or gambling losses of any kind, arising out of or relating to your use of the app — whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
